When will I get my items?
Please allow 24 business hours for your order to be sent to processing, where it can take 7-10 business days to ship. After processing, orders are shipped via USPS and you’ll usually have your package within 3-5 business days.  All customers will receive notifications and tracking numbers as soon as their order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping for most graphic apparel is FREE. All other items have a flat-rate fee of $5.50.  Shipping times are estimated based on USPS guidelines.

*COVID-19 Update: We do our best to ship out within 2-3 days of orders being placed, any delays from USPS are beyond control of Backwoods Chic Boutique.

**Please note that our shipping method timelines apply to business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays. During the holidays, shipping times may be extended.

What makes Backwoods Chic Boutique better?
We are a small business that’s passionate about providing quality products at an affordable price.  Heather, the business owner, personally answers all emails, social media messages, and customer inquiries.  Service is our #1 priority and it shows in every customer transaction.

How do I return an item?
In the rare event that something is delivered to you and you aren’t 100% satisfied with it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange. Once we receive the item in good resale condition we will issue you a refund or exchange for the amount of the item only.  Product must be intact and in unused, resale condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.  The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs on returns. Read our full return policy here.

Exceptions:

  • T-shirts, tank tops, tumblers, and hats with designs are not eligible for return or exchange as they are all made to order. All sales are final on these items.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to restock items as quick as possible.  Out of stock items are usually replenished within 7 business days or will be removed if stock is unavailable and you will have the option of a refund or exchange of a similar priced product of lesser or equal value. 

What started Backwoods Chic Boutique?
Ordering products online shouldn’t be a pain.  ” How many times do you find super cute clothes online, to order and then wait MONTHS to finally receive them to not only look nothing like the picture, but to not fit correctly or have issues with the way the garment was stitched together?” “How many times do you order something for it to never arrive?” – said Heather, Owner of Backwoods Chic Boutique. “I’ve dedicated the time to find products for my community that are not only affordable, but high in quality coming from legit sources.”

Backwoods Chic Boutique came into existence after working for over a year selling similar items only to find that the prices were often a turn off and I wanted to really share my creativity with my own personal designs and to be able to support causes I am passionate about.
